ABOUT ME

Who am I?

I am a senior at Burr and Burton Academy. I was born in North Carolina. My father was a Lieutenant Colonel in the air force, so I have lived all over the United States. (North Carolina, Guam, Alaska, Texas, Florida, Virginia, and Vermont.) I have two older sisters, two younger sisters, and one younger brother, making for a grand total of five siblings.

What are my hobbies?

I have taken 3 drama classes in the last 3 years, I plan to take my fourth one next semester. Through BBA, I have taken foundations of drama, advanced acting, and studied screenplay writing. I really enjoy acting, and have been in either the spring or fall showcase for all three years I have been at BBA. My most recent showcase scene was also written by me.

I also really enjoy art, and have taken many art classes at BBA. You may have come across a couple of my pieces around the hallways at school, or in one of the school art shows. I have a growing interest in literature/language, and really enjoy writing.

I recently started an independent study of the connection between art and language, which is something I am really passionate about focusing on in the next year.

Oh I play soccer too.
